Sony Ericsson is going to launch in the second half of this year two new Walkmans and 2 new camera cell phones. Marketing Chief Dee Dutta announced they will be available worldwide as a perfect present for Christmas.
The W960 Walkman is the best mobile and the coolest Walkmaan. The W960 is able to contend with products such as much complimented iPhone by Apple’s. The W960 is touch screen. Has enough memory to store up to the eight thousands songs (30GB Ipod video is able to store only up to 7,500 songs) and has built-in WiFi wireless access.
The W910 Walkman slider mobile phone has an innovative control mechanism which allows the users to scan through their songs by shaking the phone. Supports the following file tipes: MP3, MP4, 3GP, AAC, AAC+ ,MIDI, AMR, IMY, EMY, WAV and streamed files that are 3GPP compatible.
The K850 Camera phone has a 5-megapixel camera which is much more than most of normal cameras and will also be sold under the Cyber-shot Brand.( looking forward to see the K850!
The Z320 is a more basic phone and also cool mobile gadget.

Nokia 6300 – Still effective
In our time when hi-tec devices and mobiles are mostly ‘in thing’, Nokia comes back to the basics with the Nokia 6300. This device comes with an old fashioned simplicity, yet with a courageous and serious design. So, if you mistake this device as any other cheap plastic mobile phones, you would really lose.
The Nokia 6300 is garbed in stainless steel casing, representing itself as a robust mobile phone. Yet, it is light weight and slim with 12mm deep. The Nokia 6300 comes with 320×240 pixel (QVGA) color screen displays up to 16 million colors without diluting the quality of images. Has user friendly well etched keypad and four-way navigation key which helps to use the phone operation system with menus and sub menus. More,when you have an unread message, the Nokia 6300 gleams with a blue light. It is not a necessary thing but certainly adds a good value to the cell phone.
The menu are displayed cleanly on the screen and sub menus can be viewed as a grid of icons (which can be rearranged in the desired order for users), or tabs or as list. One more cool feature: when user hovers a bit too long over the menu, a pop – up window springs up, explaining what the menu is all about.
Nokia 6300 Series 40 user interface. It includes serious features like Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE connectivity and USB. Besides, for entertainment, the device is enabled with a camera, a music player, a video player, an FM radio and a voice recorder.
